Thousands of Houston-Galveston Area Vietnamese Catholics gather to celebrate Christmas

On Christmas Eve, several thousand Vietnamese Catholics from around the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston will join together to celebrate the birth of Christ at the annual Vietnamese Christmas Vigil Mass. The Mass will begin at 6 p.m. at the George R. Brown Convention Center in downtown Houston.

On Saturday, Nov. 23, Daniel Cardinal DiNardo and Catholics from across the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston will gather for a Mass honoring the conclusion of the Year of Faith. The Mass will be held at 5 p.m. at the Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, 1111 St. Joseph Pkwy.
