Speakers for Cafe Catholica Lite 2024
Cafe Catholica Lite: February 15, 2024
The Sisters of Life are a religious community of women founded in 1991 by John Cardinal O’Connor who take a fourth vow to protect and enhance the sacredness of human life. Immersed in Eucharistic prayer within a vibrant community life, their missions include caring for vulnerable pregnant women and their unborn children; inviting those wounded by abortion into the healing mercy of Jesus; fostering a Culture of Life through evangelization; retreat works; spiritual accompaniment of college students; and upholding the beauty of marriage and family life. Spirit Night at Cafe Catholica
Spirit Night is one night of the Café Catholica summer program when we ask all participants to show some SPIRIT. Do you have a favorite sports team? University? Fandom? All young adults who attend are invited to wear an item of clothing showing some SPIRIT for something they love. We want to especially invite any NEW young adults to join us this night: rising college freshmen, current college students, and recent college graduates.
Volunteer at Cafe Catholica 2024
Each year, the Office of Young Adult and Campus Ministry invites young adults from across the archdiocese to participate in the planning team for Cafe Catholica. This group of young adults start meeting in January/February each year to begin planning for the summer program. If you are interested in serving on the planning team of 2024, please fill out the interest form below.
