Café Catholica Lite Speaker: Steffani Aquila

Steffani Aquila is a Catholic wife and the founder of His Girl Sunday, an online space inspiring Catholic culture and liturgical living in the home and parish. She is the author of Festive Faith and a national Catholic speaker. Aquila has seventeen years of experience working in Catholic institutions holding titles such as Director of liturgical life at the Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart and Director of Communications for the University of St. Thomas. She also has experience working with Catholic high schools as a dean and honors-level theology teacher. Aquila earned a bachelor of arts degree in education with a minor in theology from the University of St. Thomas and a master of arts in theology from St. Mary's Seminary. 

Café Catholica Schedule:

• 7:00 pm: Gather, light snacks
• 7:30 pm: Speaker Begins
• 8:15 pm: Q&A
• 8:30 pm: Prayer
• 8:45 pm: End

The Café Catholica program seeks to help young adults (ages 18-39) encounter Christ and his Church. All young adults are invited to join us for Café Catholica Lite throughout the year.

Spirit Night at Cafe Catholica

Spirit Night is one night of the Café Catholica summer program when we ask all participants to show some SPIRIT. Do you have a favorite sports team? University? Fandom? All young adults who attend are invited to wear an item of clothing showing some SPIRIT for something they love. We want to especially invite any NEW young adults to join us this night: rising college freshmen, current college students, and recent college graduates.
