A Vision for Conversion: Guiding the RCIA and Your Parish Toward Missionary Discipleship
We are called to on-going conversion — to change our minds and hearts in order to more fully live as disciples of Jesus Christ. If the RCIA and our parishes are to foster lifelong conversion, we must embrace change, as individuals, within the RCIA and in the life of the parish. Our RCIA intensive workshop will focus on this vision for conversion, and the transformation that results when we learn to effectively lead for and manage change, leading people, the process, and our parish toward lifelong conversion. Whether you’re a RCIA veteran or just getting started, this workshop is for you! Invite your pastor, team members, and other parish leaders to join us as we explore eight steps to move your RCIA process from maintenance-mode into a true conversion journey that inspires seekers and all in the parish to living discipleship.
