FEE SCHEDULE
Early Registration - $30 until Sunday, January 12 at 11:59PM Central Standard Time.
Regular Registration - $40 Monday, January 13, until Sunday, January 26 at 11:59PM Central Standard Time.
Walk-in Registration - $50 on a first come first served basis if space is available (Monday, January 27 until Saturday, February 1)
REFUND POLICY
100% full refund if you withdraw before Monday, January 26, 2025. No refunds will be issued after this date. Click HERE for instructions on how to withdraw from your session.
PAYMENTS BY PARISH
If your parish wishes to pay for your registration, please have your parish leader contact our office by email at worshipoffice@archgh.org to receive a coupon code for payment. Your parish will be billed after the workshop. Your parish will be billed the amount per member according to the date of registration. For example, if a member registered during the regular registration schedule, the parish will be billed the regular registration fee of $40. See fee schedule above.
DEADLINES
Deadline date to cancel your registration and get a full refund is Sunday, January 26, 2025, at 11:59 PM Central Standard Time. If you register but are not able to attend, you can transfer your registration to the next workshop date in the same year or have a substitute in your place. You must notify us by email (worshipoffice@archgh.org) of your intent to transfer registration to the next workshop date no later than Sunday, January 26, 2025, at 11:59 PM Central Standard Time. No exceptions please.
LUNCH
Lunch will be provided onsite by the Office of Worship with paid registration. A boxed lunch includes a sandwich (turkey or ham, condiments, bag of chips, cookie, and a pickle wedge). If you have any food restrictions that will cause a medical emergency to the items in the lunch boxes indicated, please bring your own lunch for your safety.
WHAT TO BRING
Note-taking supplies, snacks, refillable water bottle, sweater/jacket, blanket, and gloves (something to keep you warm as the classrooms may get cold).
CHILDCARE
Please note that this facility DOES NOT PROVIDE CHILDCARE. No minor child, toddler or infant is permitted in the workshop. There is no exception to this. Do not bring children or youth to the class.
