Please review our Workshop rules and policies below.
- All registrants must have a Capernaum account to register.
- We now use Flocknote to send emails regarding workshops. If you wish to be added to our contacts list, please email our office at worshipoffice@archgh.org stating that you wish to receive future emails regarding our workshops.
- Lunch is provided by the Office of Worship with paid registration unless specified otherwise. As a safety precaution, if you have any food allergies, please bring your own lunch.
- Please bring note-taking supplies, snacks, a sweater/jacket, blanket, gloves (something to keep you warm as the classrooms may get cold).
- Please note that this facility does not provide childcare. No minor child, toddler, or infant is permitted in the workshop. There is no exception to this. Do not bring children or youth to the class.
- Capernaum accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, as well as PayPal.
- If your parish wishes to pay for your registration, please have your parish leader contact our office by email at worshipoffice@archgh.org to receive a discount code for payment. Your parish will be billed after the workshop.
- Parish checks payments must be made out to the "Office of Worship" and mailed to: Office of Worship | 2403 Holcombe Blvd. | Houston, TX 77021.
- Group Discount (if applicable for the workshop): Groups of 4 or more will receive a discount of $5 off of each registration. Minimum of 4 registrants and must be from the same parish. To qualify, please have your parish leader contact our office by email at worshipoffice@archgh.org to receive discount codes for each member.
- Walk-in registration will only be accepted on a first come first served basis if space is available. If using a discount code, you must log in to your Capernaum account to register and enter the discount code for payment.
- After the deadline date indicated for each workshop, withdrawals/refunds will not be accepted.
- A full refund is given if you cancel by the deadline date as indicated for each workshop.
- Substitution is not accepted as each registrant needs a Capernaum account to register.
- You may modify your registration by logging in to your Capernaum account.
