Liturgies at the cathedrals set for Holy Week

GALVESTON - The two cathedrals in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, St. Mary Cathedral Basilica in Galveston and the Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Houston, are hosting a series of Liturgies for Holy Week, with several celebrated by the bishops of Galveston-Houston.

Consider making a pilgrimage to one of our two cathedrals during this Jubilee Year.

6 p.m. - Mass of the Lord's Supper at St. Mary's Cathedral Basilica in Galveston

7 p.m. - Mass of the Lord’s Supper at the Co-Cathedral with Archbishop Vásquez as concelebrant

7 p.m. - Mass of the Lord’s Supper at the Co-Cathedral with Bishop Dell’Oro as main celebrant

Friday, April 18 - Good Friday

3 p.m. - Good Friday Liturgy at the Co-Cathedral with Archbishop Vásquez, celebrant
