To apply for a Staff role:

1. Download the Staff Application Document (PDF file).
    
2. Print, fill out, and sign the Staff Application Document.
    
3. Write a check payable to "Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston" for the staff fee of $50.
    
4. Mail (via postal mail) the completed Staff Application Document (including the Volunteer's Code of Conduct) and the check to the Office of Young Adult and Campus Ministry at THIS ADDRESS.

To register as a Retreatant:

1. Download the Retreatant Registration Document (PDF file).
    
2. Print, fill out, and sign the Retreatant Registration Document.
     
3. Write a check payable to "Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston" for the retreat fee of $50.
    
4. Mail (via postal mail) the completed Retreatant Registration Document and the check to the Office of Young Adult and Campus Ministry at THIS ADDRESS.
