Staff Application Process - BA # 19


Overview


Thank you for applying to be part of the Bayou Awakening #19 Staff!

A few things you need to know

You will find three applications on this site:


  1. General Staff Application
  2. Staff Head / Staff Assistant Application
  3. Speaker Application
 
In order to staff Bayou Awakening regardless of what role you wish to play you MUST fill out a General Staff application. After you've filled out your application, you will need to print it and mail it with payment ($45) to:

If you feel called to be on leadership or to give a talk, THEN you fill out the appropriate application (in addition to the General Staff App).
 

Important Dates and Deadlines:

1. General Staff (that means EVERYONE, including Speakers and Leadership)

  • Will need to submit their applications BY  December 3, 2011.
  • General Staff Assignments will be announced no later than December 17th, 2011.
  • The three workshops for Bayou Awakening #19 will be held from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on the following dates: December 17th,2011 at TSU Newman Center; January 14th, 2012 and February 11th, 2012 at UH Newman Center.
 
2. Staff Heads/Assistants
  • Need to submit their applications BY  November 19th, 2011.
  • Nominations will also be accepted.
  • Leadership will be announced no later than November 26th, 2011.
  • Must be able to attend a staff selection meeting on December 10th, 2011 at TSU Newman Center.
 
3. Speakers
  • Need to submit their applications BY November 19th, 2011.
  • Nominations wil be accepted.
  • Speakers will be announced no later than November 26th, 2011
  • Must be able to attend a Speaker Preview Day on February 25th, 2012 at TSU Catholic Newman Center from 10am to 2pm where they will give their preliminary talk and receive critiques from leadership and a panel of experts.
