Luke

THE GOSPEL OF LUKEGOG-Logo

This professionally written thematic commentary is offered through the Archdiocesan Office of Continuing Christian Education. It is adaptable to many different uses in parish, home, and individual settings.

Each lesson contains a week of personal reflection ending in a small group faith sharing experience and a video commentary. Look for future additions to this site such as audio versions of the commentary. Additional commentaries for Luke will not be recorded at this time.

There is no charge for use of materials.

Lesson material is currently being translated into Spanish and Vietnamese. Please be patient with us as we finalize this project.

Watch for our exciting new format with the publication of the Gospel of Matthew in 2011.

Powerpoint Presentations
Each lesson is broken into daily segments, including questions for personal reflection and small group faith sharing. Suggestions for use is for a presentation of material with a group that would not do at home study during the week, or as an offer to those who may not come in to a parish study, but may be willing to do the study at their own pace at home. It is recommended that if you offer this study for at home use, that you have some sort of way to connect with those parishioners through e-mail, social networking site, or some other such way to encourage questions, clarification, and faith sharing. Read how St. Edward Parish uses this approach to the study.
