The InSight program is designed for high school girls to explore more clearly the choices available to them as young catholic women in light of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and their own gifts and talents.

The experience will begin with an instruction on keeping a journal and practice in reflecting on one's own experience.

The young ladies will be introduced to the lives of holy women of the past and present who have lived as reflections of the many facets of the Gospel.  They will reflect on these lives through the lens of the Corporal and Spiritual works of mercy.   Women such as Therese of Lisieux, Dorothy Day, Sr. Thea Bowman, Kateri Tekakwitha, Katherine Drexel, Mary, mother of Jesus and others will come to life for them.  Women of today will also share their own experiences.

They will be invited to reflect on their experiences and journal with booklets provided for them.  Prayer, fun, and singing are also included.
