One challenging task facing all pastors and councils is
finding new members. A process of education and prayerful
discernment can surface new members to meet the specific
needs of your council.

As Assistant Director for Pastoral Planning, Joe assists
parishes and organizations with the development, formation
and ongoing support of their consultative groups in the
Diocese of Fort Worth.
He is a member of the International
Conference for Pastoral Planning and Council Development.
