The Archdiocesan Pastoral Council engages the diverse
faithful of the archdiocese with the archbishop in
consultative dialogue. The council addresses significant
pastoral needs and concerns through investigation,
reflection and feedback.
Through these actions, this
representative body of the laity, religious and clergy
assists in the articulation of a vision and proposes long
term plans to develop the faith community and to assist the
archbishop in his shepherding of the Church of
Galveston-Houston.
