151 parishes and 10 missions in the ten county area that make up the
Diocese of Galveston-Houston.Vibrant parishes range in size from urban parishes with up to
5,000 households, to rural communities of a few hundred.Parishes in the Diocese serve the area’s very diverse
population by offering Mass and services in a variety of languages.
