In order to be more prepared for the next disaster, the Diocese of Galveston-Houston is urging parishes to develop a “talent” bank of parishioners who would be willing to provide assistance during times of disaster.  For more complete information about developing and managing a group of volunteers, go HERE.

Volunteering - Individual Perspective
In order to recover from the next disaster, the Diocese of Galveston-Houston is encouraging all parishioners, who would be willing to provide assistance during times of disaster, to contact their parishes in advance and notify them of their willingness and areas of potential contribution.  For more information about how you could be prepared to contribute, go HERE.  See below for the form for volunteering.

If you believe that you may be able to contribute to recovery from a disaster and feel called to give of your time and talents, please fill out the attached form and submit it to your parish's Disaster Coordinator.  If your parish does not have a coordinator, call the parish secretary.
