The Call to Holiness Evangelization conference is divided into the following options for general registration:

• Single Day Registration - Friday, September 11th OR Saturday, September 12th
• Two Day Registration - Friday & Saturday, September 11 & 12, 2009
• NOTE: A Saturday Youth Track program has been especially designed for High School students. Please visit the Youth Track section for more information. Pre-registration is required.

The Friday program consists of morning mass, keynote and speakers with the afternoon split in to two options, You must choose only one Friday afternoon option at the time of registration:

• Afternoon Option 1 - Workshop Track
  Choice of three workshops. See Program page for workshop descriptions.
• Afternoon Option 2 - Mission Track
  The afternoon will be dedicated to your chosen mission plus a theological reflection. Missions are off-site and will not allow time for attending afternoon workshops from the workshop track. Transportation will be provided. See Program page for mission descriptions.

The Saturday program is an inspiring day of keynotes and speakers including the extraordinary lives of Pope John Paul II, Archbishop Oscar Romero, Blessed Teresa of Calcutta and Maria Esperanza Bianchini. The day will conclude with the celebration of Eucharist at the George R. Brown convention center.

You can register by any of the following payment options:

• Online Registration - payment via PayPal due at time of registration.
• Mail-in Registration - download registration form and mail-in with full payment. Please make checks/money orders payable to the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston.

• Onsite Registration - registration is allowed onsite for the general conferencly ONLY. Onsite registration for the Youth Track is not available.
• Phone, email, or fax registration will NOT be accepted.

You have two options for registration:

• Option 1: One Day Pass - Friday OR Saturday Conference Program
• Option 2: Full Pass - Friday & Saturday Program
  

Group registration rates are applicable to groups of ten or more. Each group member must complete the registration form and they must all be mailed in together.

• No group registrations will be accepted after August 10, 2009
• Each group must pay with a single check or money order. Payments should be mailed in.
  
  

A limited number of partial scholarships are available to individuals, unavailable to pay the full registration fee and will be awarded in the order they are requested. Please make your request in writing to the Conference Steeering Committee by August 15, 2009 via email. You can also apply by calling and leaving a message at 713 391 2609.

Upon registering, confirmation of registration will accompany your nametag that will be sent in advance of the conference. Additionally if you register online, your PayPal receipt will be your confirmation receipt. Materials can be picked up prior to the conference or the day of.

• August 10, 2009: Early Bird Registration for the General Conference programs. Register early to save money!
• August 17, 2009: Extended Early Bird Registration for Youth Track program. Register early to save money!
• August 10, 2009: Group Rate Registration closes.
• September 1, 2009:Youth Track registration closes.
• September 7, 2009: Online and Mail-in registration closes.
• September 11-12, 2009: Onsite registration closes. Availability is a function of space available.
  

• Before June 30, 2009: Full refund minus a $15 handling fee
• July 1-August 20, 2009: 50% Refund minus a $15 handling fee
• After August 20, 2009: None
