We are pleased to invite you to reserve exhibit space at the Galveston-Houston Archdiocesan Evangelization Conference to be held September 11-12, 2009 at the George R. Brown (GRB) Convention Center, in Houston, Texas. The conference has three tracks over the two days: a theological symposium, a general conference and a youth track program. This conference is intended to reach to participants from this Archdiocese, surrounding Dioceses of Texas and adjoining states. We will be featuring a conference exhibit area in the “B3” area of the GRB for participants to view and purchase the valuable resources that are offered by our exhibitors and sponsors. This area is the same area in which all meals will be served and is adjoining to the session areas: George Bush Ballroom and General Assembly.

Exhibit tables are available at a 3-tiered option: Non-profit organizations (such as ministries, religious orders), Non-profit organizations (who are selling items) and regular vendors for profit. Advertising opportunities are available in the participant program. The ads are printed in black and white. We must receive your ad copy by July 15, 2009.
