Overview: Employment in Our Catholic Schools 

Thank you for your interest in Catholic schools where teachers can really teach and students can pray. God is present! Educating mind, heart, and spirit is the essence of Catholic education within the Archdiocese. There is a sense of community and love of God and neighbor in our schools.

The Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston are currently taking applications for Principals and for elementary and secondary teachers, librarians, nurses, counselors and substitute teachers for the 2012-2013 school year. The Texas Catholic Conference Education Department Accreditation requirements for educational personnel vary according to position, assignment and/or grade level.
