| Workshop on funeral planning and the Rite of Christian Burial, May 24 | | May 14, 2012 |
|  The Office of Aging in collaboration with St. Dominic Village is offering a series of free informational workshops targeting older adults and their adult children. These workshops are designed to provide information on key decision areas of later life: housing, paying for care, end of life issues and the Rite of Christian burial.
The final workshop in the series, "Funeral Planning and the Rite of Christian Burial," is on May 24. The topic will be presented by Dennis Yanta and Deacon Leonard Lockett at St. Dominic Village, 2403 Holcombe Blvd., Houston, starting at 6 p.m. Prior to the workshop, tours of St. Dominic Village will also be available.
