Image Use

To obtain permission to use or copy any official Archdiocesan images (graphics, photos or artwork, including the Archdiocesan shield), please email your request to the Archdiocesan Internal Communications Manager. All requests for Archdiocesan images must be put in writing and sent to the Communications Office. Fax requests should be sent to 713.659.3444 ("Attention: Internal Communications Manager").

All image requests are subject to Archdiocesan approval and the Archdiocese reserves the right to reject any request.

Please provide the following in your request:

Information about the exact image you propose to use or copy and an explanation of how the image will be used and/or distributed and whether reprinted materials will be sold.
A description of the nature of your organization or business (for-profit, not-for-profit, etc.)
Contact information, including your fax number, e-mail address, and/or mailing address.

Please allow 3 business days for requests to be processed.
