Purpose of the Catholic Schools Office |

 The Secretariat for Catholic Schools which houses the Catholic Schools Office (CSO) serves the Catholic elementary and secondary schools in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. CSO personnel provide administrative support to pastors and principals; provide guidance and direction to the total school educational community; implement and supervise the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department accreditation process; provide leadership in curriculum development including staff development programs; and oversee budgeting, governance, and school participation in federal program opportunities.
