Ministry with Persons with Disabilities

We assist parishes in opening their doors to invite, welcome and accept persons with disabilities into the full life of the Church. Presentations inform how to provide religious education and sacramental preparation in ways that best serve persons with different learning abilities. Three parishes are currently designated as Access Parishes, which serve as models for neighboring parishes of how to be more inclusive. They offer educational, spiritual and community building opportunities for persons with disabilities, their families, and all Catholics who attend.
