The Benefits Office is responsible for the development and administration of all Benefit plans. The Benefits staff handles the Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Optional Life, and Long Term Disability Insurances, and the self-funded Medical and Dental Plan and related Pharmacy and PPO Networks. Other benefits consist of the Section 125 Plan and Vision Service Plan. Retirement benefits include the Pension Plan and two 403(b) Plans. The Benefits Office staff conducts presentations, resolves benefit problems, negotiates with vendors, advises employees on employment/ benefit issues and regulations, premium billings, and assists the Chancery, parishes/schools, adopting employers and other locations within the Archdiocese.
